Luxury living with the soul of a homestay
Twenty-eight years on the same hilltop, and our family is still the one answering your call.
What began in 1998 as a modest initiative in Aryawarta Colony, Dapoli, has grown into a cherished landmark for travellers from Mumbai, Pune and beyond. As early participants in Dapoli’s MTDC Bed & Breakfast Scheme, we set out with a clear vision: to bridge the gap between rigid, impersonal hotels and unorganised homestays. In 2014, we became The Mango Inn, inspired by the mango trees that surround our homes.
Perched where the Konkan hills roll down towards the sea, Dapoli gives us the best of both worlds — and our kitchen proudly reflects it. Today, Ritwik Bapat and family personally oversee every detail of your stay: from menus shaped by the bounty of the hills and sea, featuring seasonal mangoes, raw cashews, tender jackfruit, the morning’s fresh catch from Harne Port and slow-cooked ukdiche modak, to reliable power backup, crystal-clear pool water and attentive family hospitality.
