Tariffs are per night for the whole unit, before the extra-person charge. Children under 6 stay free. Nothing is payable online — we confirm availability first, on WhatsApp or the phone.
To confirm your reservation, a prepayment of one night’s accommodation or 50% of the total tariff, whichever is greater, is required at the time of booking. This amount is applied toward your total stay.
Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of this payment.
For cancellations received 7 days or more before the check-in time on the arrival date, the advance payment is fully refunded, less any applicable processing fees.
For cancellations received less than 7 days before the check-in time on the arrival date, the advance payment is fully forfeited and is non-refundable.

No. The front office is open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. If you expect to arrive late or need to leave early, please let us know in advance.
Yes, subject to availability. The standard charge is 50% of the room tariff, which may be reduced at the management’s discretion.
Yes, small pets are welcome. A cleaning fee of ₹500 per night applies.
Yes. Children under 6 years stay free.
